May 21, 1862: Boat Expedition in North Carolina
MAY 21ST, 1862: Boat expedition from the USS Hunchback, Acting Lt. Calhoun, and the USS Whitehead, Acting Master French, captured schooner Winter Shrub in Keel's Creek, North Carolina, with cargo of fish.
